A common theme in Qigong is harmonization of mind & body; ourselves with our surroundings. Winter is a season of long nights & and a time of reflection.
This 4 session workshop will look at Qigong practices to harmonize with the winter. Each class will teach a series Qigong postures, plus a standing & sitting meditations as well a short discussion on relevant theories & ideas.
No previous experience with Qigong is necessary.
