This class will focus on 18 Posture Qigong - a three part series to regulate the body & mind
This is hybrid class with the option of joining in-person, via zoom, or by on-demand video. Each week, students will receive a class invitation by email.
The class has a staggered start, meaning you can join each class at either 10:30am or 11am. Starting at 10:30, the class sequence will be standing Qigong practice, followed by a sitting meditation. Starting at 11am, the class sequence will be sitting meditation followed by standing Qigong practice.
