This session will focus on Qigong movements for Autumn. Fall is a time when the weather changes & Qi gathers inwards. Each class we will practice easy to learn movements that support the body through this seasonal shift.
Qigong is a Chinese health tradition that combines movement & mindfulness. Each class includes Qigong practice, a sitting meditation and explanation of relevant Qigong theory. No previous experience with Qigong is necessary.
Live classes are held via zoom on Thursdays, 11:00am to 11:50 (EDT), or you can join the on-demand class (all you need is your internet browser). Each week you will receive a reminder email with all the necessary links.
