This session will focus on Qigong movements from the Five Animals Qigong, a traditional practice that uses the characteristics of five animals to cultivate health through movement and visualization. Each class we will practice easy to learn movements that foster physical, mental & emotional resilience.
Qigong is a Chinese health tradition that combines movement & mindfulness. Each class includes Qigong practice, a sitting meditation and explanation of relevant Qigong theory. No previous experience with Qigong is necessary.
Live classes are held via zoom on Thursdays, 11:00am to 11:55 (EDT), or you can join the on-demand class (all you need is your internet browser). Each week you will receive a reminder email with all the necessary links.
