This session will focus on 18 Postures for Daily Practice, a modern Qigong routine for rehabilitation & health cultivation. It adapts traditional movements into three sets of 18 postures or movements. We will explore these three sequences over the length of the course.
Qigong is a Chinese health tradition that combines movement & mindfulness. Each class includes Qigong practice, a sitting meditation and explanation of relevant Qigong theory. No previous experience with Qigong is necessary.
Live classes are held via zoom on Thursdays, 11:00am to 11:55 (EDT), or you can join the on-demand class (all you need is your internet browser). Each week you will receive a reminder email with all the necessary links.
