These classes will lead you through a complete Qigong program that takes you through the phases needed to recover from burnout.
Each class is a practical, short Qigong routine, followed by a short discussion on relevant ideas and guidelines for your practice. The lessons build from one to the next fostering resilience to build back from and avoid future burnout.

This is a self-paced, online class, which means that you can start the course when you are ready and can take each lesson when it suits you best. The course consists of three sections of six lessons each. The Recovery Phase lessons are available free of charge.
