What about the weather?
Good question. If there is there is rain or an Environment Canada weather warning, classes are cancelled.
Also I will post on my Instagram Feed about a hour before the class if class is cancelled due to weather.
Are the classes suitable for beginners?
Another good question. Yes, both the Qigong and Tai Chi covered in these classes are an excellent introduction for beginners.
What if I want to learn Xingyi or Bagua or a weapon form?
Also a good question. There will be an opportunity for individual instruction in the second half of the evening.
