Qigong is a Chinese health tradition that combines movement & mindfulness. Qigong to Balance the Heart is a short, eight posture routine based off the Chinese Medicine theory of the "Seven Affects" or emotional states.
Each lesson includes instruction in the sequence, plus a standing and sitting meditation and a short discussion on relevant theories and ideas.
No previous experience with Qigong is necessary.
Live classes are held via zoom on Thursdays, 11:00am to 11:50 (EDT), or you can join the on-demand recording of the class (all you need is your internet browser). Each week you will receive a reminder email with all the necessary links.
